Covid 19 Measures

Since the coronavirus lockdown last march, we have adjusted our business to make it as safe as possible for our customers. 

We encourage our customers to phone in advance or email to order prescriptions. This gives us more time to prepare the prescription and reduce waiting time for the customer.

Customers may wish to remain in their cars outside our pharmacy in our carpark located at the back of our store, and phone our staff to attend them. 

We request all our customers who enter our pharmacy to use the automatic hand sanitiser dispensers located at each entrance in order to sanitise their hands. If they are wearing protective gloves we request that they remove them as they harbour germs. 

All our staff wear facemasks and we encourage each customer to do likewise. 

We sanitise our counters and dispensary worktops each morning and evening. We have a limit of eight customers at any one time to allow for social distancing. 

We apologise for any inconvenience of Covid19 regulations but we hope our customers appreciate these rules are necessary for the safety of staff and customers alike.
